Polish n carb

Little more spit polishing and the introduction of a carb and intake has brought the S65 one step closer to running... need to figure what to do to the oil cooler lines as the new intake and carb has no facility for the intercooler pipe inside the original type carb.

Honda insanity

Insanity rears its ugly head as I sit and ponder a couple of bikes... S65 is patiently waiting for parts to proceed with the rebuild. So on to a project bike for a bit of creative distraction... Moby meets Honda 4 stroke... spare parts kicking around from a knock-off Honda style bike has supplied forks and motor for the next nutz build...

Starting to tackle the rats nest of wiring within the body of the S65 Honda. What secrets lurk behind the lovely red plastic battery compartment cover... Behold - ancient battery of unknown vintage from Canadian Tire sporting the MorPower brand and a price sticker of $7.99.

Nice old KLG spark plug in the AV3 motor... many miles over many years.

Starting to sort through boxes of stuff to get the non-project parts sorted... seems there are a lot more then I remembered...

More parts then I will need in the short term so perhaps I will sell some to help out someone who is in need of some goodies...
