Stripped off the old cover and foam...
...had to straighten out the seat pan...

Seems folks can afford to buy a lot of furniture
and just throw out the old stuff.
Nice 'bonded leather' chair at the side of the
road yielded its back panel in order for me to
reupholster the seat for the YL1
Simplified instruction would be to carefully
duplicate the panels from the old cover,
duplicate the panels from the old cover,
minus the rips...
...and just sew them together inside out...
...then just flip it the right side out...
