Yankee 1555 Ratchet Breast Drill...

That is what the drill is called..
YANKEE Ratchet Breast Drill...
Purchased from a vendor at the Ormstown CVMG rally....

Has a 5 setting device on the inside of the gearing...

Has a low speed - high speed lever on the side of the handle...

Quite an amazing engineered tool from the early 1900s...

...always set your priorities...

Remanufactured seat for YL1

I had a old seat from a Honda Express
...which was a little beat...

...okay...
...maybe A LOT BEAT...

Stripped off the old cover and foam...
...had to straighten out the seat pan...
a wee bit...

Seems folks can afford to buy a lot of furniture 

and just throw out the old stuff.  

Nice 'bonded leather' chair at the side of the 

road yielded its back panel in order for me to 

reupholster the seat for the YL1

Simplified instruction would be to carefully
duplicate the panels from the old cover, 

minus the rips...

...and just sew them together inside out...

...then just flip it the right side out...
